:How To File A Claim:

Auto - RV - Boat
Windshield: Call our office and report it. We will verify your coverage/deductible and will advise you to have it repaired at a facility of your choice.	Insured Hits Deer: Report the accident to the police. Call our office and report the incident at your first opportunity. Our staff will verify your coverage/deductible, then advise you to obtain estimates for repairing the damage.
One Vehicle Collision: Call the office and report the incident. After verifying your coverage/deductible, we will advise you to obtain estimates for repair of the damage.	Two Vehicle Collision: Call the police. Exchange insurance information with the other driver. Call the office and report the incident. Our staff will verify your coverage/deductible that may apply and set the claim up for you with the insurance company.
Property
Take whatever measures are necessary to ensure no further damage can happen. For instance, turn off the water main for burst water pipes, place a tarp over the roof for leaks, etc. Call the office and report the incident at your earliest convenience. We will verify your coverage and deductible and advise for you to obtain estimates for repairing the damage.

:How To Locate Our Offices:

From the East: Take M-55 west into West Branch. Follow M-55 right onto Houghton Ave. at the first traffic light. Take Houghton Avenue approximately one mile through town to the intersection with M-30 (Court St). Our offices will be on your right. From the North and/or West: Follow I-75 or M-76 to the I-75 / M-55 / M-76 interchange (I-75 Exit 215). Follow I-75 Business Route/M-55 east into West Branch. Approximately 1.8 miles from Exit 215 you will reach the M-30 (Court St) intersection. Our offices will be on the left side of the street. From the South: Take Exit 212 off of I-75 and follow the I-75 Business Route into West Branch. Approximately 3.4 miles from Exit 212, you will reach the M-30 (Court St) intersection. Our offices will be on the right side of the street.		From the North or South on I-75: Take I-75 to the M-55 interchange at Exit 227 and follow M-55 West toward Cadillac. Approximately 7.9 miles from Exit 227 you will reach the first traffic light (M-18). Continue on M-55 West approximately one half mile and our office will be on your right. From the North or South on US-127: Take US-127 to the M-55 exit to Houghton Lake/Cadillac. Follow M-55 East through town for approximately 8 miles. Our office will be on the left side of the street.
