Amy is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the agencies, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Amy is also deeply involved in complex claims situations, helping clients navigate the claims process by reviewing policy language, advocating on their behalf, and serving as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers. With a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, Amy has been a key member of the Diebold team since 2014. Her career in the industry spans back to 2004, bringing over 20 years of expertise in operations and management.
