We will process claims in accordance with the terms of your policy and applicable laws. Our decision to approve or deny a claim will be based on the information provided and the specific coverage of your policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to engage in conduct that could harm or disrupt the Services, including but not limited to:

• Submitting false or misleading information
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the security of our systems
• Harassing or interfering with other users or employees of Diebold Insurance

Upon termination, any outstanding payments owed to Diebold Insurance will become due immediately.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiations with Diebold Insurance.
